Hustle and Bustle in Ambositra / Animation à Ambositra

Life in Ambositra is fairly quiet. We live above the office, so we see even less than the average people here.

But yesterday the entertainment was right before us...

We didn't see it happen, but apparently a motorbike was coming full speed from one way, a small renault 4L from the other way... and Bang!

By the time we came out there was a big crowd out there... it seemed no one had anything else to do!! They stayed there for at least an hour.

Luckily no one was badly injured (even though the motorcyclist had apparently no helmet, and the car driver had no seatbelt on).

As for us, we'll keep walking!

La vie à Ambositra est plutôt calme. Nous vivons au dessus des bureaux, donc on voit encore moins de choses que la majorité.

Mais hier, l'animation était juste devant nous...

Nous n'avons pas vu le déroulement de l'évènement en soi, mais apparemment, une moto arrivait à toute vitesse d'une direction, et une 4L arrivait de l'autre direction... et Vlan! Bam!!

Quand on est sorti, il y avait déjà toute une foule dehors... Il faut croire que personne n'avait rien d'autre à faire !! Il y sont restés pendant au moins une bonne heure.

Heureusement, personne n'était gravement blessé (même si le motard n'avait pas de casque, et le chauffeur de la voiture n'avait pas de ceinture).

Quant à nous, on continue à pieds...
