Sylviane in Mada part 1 - Antananarivo

Samedi 9 janvier... Sylviane débarque à Tana. Après environ 15 heures de voyage, elle nous est parvenue en un seul morceau, accompagnée de tous ses baggages... ouf !

Un des premiers items à sortir de la valise était notre nouvel appareil photo: le Nikon D5000 !! Les paysages ici sont tellement beaux, que nous ne pouvions plus nous contenter du petit Finepix de 4M.

Nous nous sommes installés à l'Union Adventiste à Tana, la capitale pour 2-3 jours où nous avons eu l'occasion de voir les amis, et même faire de nouvelles rencontres...

Saturday 9th of January... Sylviane lands in Tana. After travelling for approximately 15 hours, she arrived in one piece, and with all her luggage... phew!

One of the first items to come out of the suitcase was our new photo camera: the Nikon D5000!! The scenery here is so impressive that our small 4M pixel Finepix could not do anymore.

We settled at the Adventist Union in Tana, the capital, for 2-3 days where we had the opportunity to meet up with friends, and even make new acquaintances...

Chez les Rivet, nous avons mangé, bavardé, chanté et rigolé autour du nouveau jeu 'PIT' qui est aussi sorti des baggages :-)

At the Rivet's place, we ate, talked, sang and laughed around the new game 'PIT' that also came out of the luggage :-)

et sur le campus, Ben et Sylviane ont eu l'occasion de se faire un nouvel ami !

and on the compound, Ben and Sylviane made a new friend!
